GUPA runs leagues year-round in Guelph Ontario. Our outdoor season runs from spring until fall. Winter season is played indoors.

Indoor Winter 1 Leagues 2025

Tuesday 7s Hat League

Game Time: 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm – 1 hour games

Format: Sub on the fly, 4 open and 3 women-matching players per team.

Starts: October 14th

Cost: $100 per individual

Locations: Marden (Royal Distributing) field house

Registration Closes: October 15th 2025

Wednesday 4s League

Game Time: 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm – 1 hour games

Format: Pull each half, play starts where point is scored, 2 open and 2 women-matching players per team

Runs: October 15 – Jan 28

Cost: $750 per team

Locations: Marden (Royal Distributing) field house

Registration Closes: October 15th 2025

Spring/Summer League 2025 – 10 weeks

Tuesday 7s League

Game Time: 6:30pm – 1 hour 20 minute games

Format: A-B-B-A gender matching 7s

Runs: May 20 to July 22 (10 weeks)

Locations: Exhibition Park

Registration Closes: April 30

Cost per Team: $550
