GUPA runs leagues year-round in Guelph Ontario. Our outdoor season runs from spring until fall. Winter season is played indoors.

Tuesday 7s League
Game Time: 6:00PM – 2 hour game
Format: A-B-B-A gender match equity
Runs: May 26 to July 28
Cost: $550 per team
Locations: Exhibition Park
Wednesday 7s League
Game Time: 6:30 – 1.5 hour game
Format: A-B-B-A gender match equity
Runs: May 20 to July 29
Cost: $575 per team
Locations: Guelph Lake Sports Fields
